It is Deere's. I don't know just how many years they were made, but think it was pretty limited. Late to the game after Houck and just a bit before the CCS came out. We bought it and drills used at auction, the drills are 1998s. The hitch is heavy and has held up well. Weight transfer cylinder to tractor to help with that weight and the back dolly is steerable (via hydraulic motor / bull gear on dolly) to make the switch easy.
