Donnellson, IA. Makes saying here easier.
We run a small amount .15 or so in the strip. The balance will go on with the rest of our N and S at v5-v6 using those terrible rod mounted close to row hose devices everyone hates so much. Banded B is the only way see much response on the tissue samples. Even on my owned acres. Definitely on rented. No matter my soil test levels on most elements I see yield response or efficiency increases with banding. Ca is never in short supply here. Nor most elements......just struggle to supply it all fast enough in that v8-v12 time frame and R1 on soybeans unless we strip till. But as always thats here.
