You might know what you mean but your description doesn’t tell me much. No sampler does acres, it does cores.

How many cores in an hour.

Which represents how many samples.

To what depth?

Can it do frozen soil?

Are the samples split or is it everything together? If split what controls the split?

Can you dump a bad core?

Can you see the cores as sampled or is it blind sampling?



Minimum 170 cores/hour (34 samples consisting of 5 cores/ea)
@8-10" depth
An inch or two of frost, nothing more

By depth no, by core yes
Dumping a bad core yes
Can see the cores sampled, it's not blind.
