It kind of depends on you. If everything on the place is needing a wash, wax, or paint job then don't touch it. It you have every blade of grass in place and all your machinery painted it should match. If I were to put in a floor and paint it I'd suggest using it a little before selling it. You want it to look like normal operations, not something you fixed up to hide something
