southern MN | My two crop and hog friends, and my dairy and crop neighbor, and I pretty much stick up for each other and 'farming' in geneneral.
Heck, I've been helping work events for the county Pork Producers for nearly a decade now; last time hogs were on the the place I might have been 4 years old, I raise a tiny bit of beef. But my corn goes to the hog guys and ethanol, it's all one big circle in my mind.
Think there is more of that around? Can feel like an island when the spdeck isstacked against you.
Anyhow I agree we should get along and work together more. I've been pretty vocal on all the Ag issues.
