Whole lot more sweet corn and peas in that area than wheat. Most wheat is grown, like Ty said, for straw and manure. Have a few neighbors using it in a 3 year rotation on timber ground. I know I've talked with a few guys even up around Mendota, we're all curious to see what it does for the local wheat market. Maybe it would make a 3 way rotation competitive with a 2 year or continuous corn.
