During the Sunday morning shoot the bull session someone mentioned that the rail terminal in Mendota Illinois that was built to ship corn out of Northern Illinois is going to be converted to ship wheat in and process it. Is this true? If it is true I am wondering what has happened that would cause shipping corn out to cease and what has happened to make someone think that processing wheat in Northern Illinois a good thing?

INFO....ADM in Mendota IL currently has a rail terminal. ADM is building a Wheat processing plant on-site next to the rail.
