Lenawee Co Michigan | There should be something called "Software Repair Wizard" on your machine. Pick an earlier date when your machine was running correctly, and it will reset your machine to the settings on that date. Installed software (viruses) that wern't on your machine earlier will no longer work.
The Software Repair Wizard doesn't remove any recent emails, files, or folders so you won't lose any recent work, just hopefully an .exe virus.
On Windows XP, click on Start, then All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and System Restore. It's the same thing. | |
