When did the problem start? I just finished an article in one of the petroleum industry publications I subscribe to talking about the inferior quality of diesel fuel that is produced today. I do a lot of fuel testing and I find a lot of emulsified water in this new ULSD. I will have my daughter type the article when she gets home. She can type in 15 minutes what would take me the rest of the evening to accomplish! LOL
