The best solution is more pitch on the roof. Flat or low pitched roofs are always prone to leak. There is a solid rubber membrane roofing material that is recommended for flat and low pitch roofs that is supposed to be the answer, but who knows. http://www.flatroofsolutions.com/Black-EPDM.php
