I bought one of those extended warranties from Sam's club and now I have to use it.  They, unlike DELL, won't let me just pull the DVD burner out and put in a new one, they have to send out a tech.  They said it will be a couple of days, sometime next week.   It seems very expensive compared to just sending me a new DVD/CD writer.

The company they said that would contact me is Barrister Advantage.  Have any of you had experience with them?
