New Castle, PA | Had this same discussion several years ago with our accountant. He said it depends on the auditor , one auditor does not have a problem, next auditor throes book at you. He told us that to be on the safe side,all transctions should be accompanied with some type of paperwork,either an invoice or sales receipt, which should clearly state name of both buyer and seller, as well as date and method of payment. Right or wrong , that's how we do it. | |
