| Co-ops and private elevators have talked about how to set up a system where the grain is run through the privates but the paperwork goes through the co-ops. All seem to be waiting for the Senate to come to their senses. It won't be easy to get all the Dept's of Ag on board with this. The extra paperwork required would employ an army of CPA's and attorneys. We're getting more like Russia all the time. I wonder how that happened. | |
