I think a majority of those x/y/z questions come from people who bought it used and are setting it up or installing it themselves. Most are bought used or from an internet sale that didn't have dealer support.
Don't get me wrong, I know there are crappy dealers in all flavors. Some just don't know what they are doing with their equipment. That has to do with the high turn around rate of precision technology technicians.
