I don't know anything about Topcon. I have all Trimble. I use MNCORS on my Android phone using Lances app with a bluetooth on my Trimble. To use the MNCORS you need to sign up and get ID and Pass. from them. Apple phones do not work for this just android.
GPS, BASE STATIONS? can different brands talk to each other?
