NW Ohio | Radios normally need to be matching ie Trimble will not work with Ag Leader/Deere/Outback/etc or visa versa.
Most brands can use RTCM corrections which is an industry standard. Most bases other than Trimble can transmit RTCM. Trimble construction bases can transmit RTCM but the Ag bases are not and, as far as I have been able to find cannot be unlocked for RTCM.
Deere is a separate animal all together. They kind of play on their own sheet of music.
If you supply the radios to all of them as GPSDude has, yes Brand X can send corrections to Brand Y
