| The plots where we have put sugar in furrow have been inconsistent. My opinion the best roi with sugar comes from a foliar app especially in conjunction with a micro nutrient pack. I think of sugar as a liquid carbon that helps get the nutrients get into the plant. From our plots the response to sugar has been very consistent as a foliar over the last 2 years with yield response in both corn and soybeans ranging from 3-12 bushels per acre. | |
