Ha, don't be surprised if you get a busy signal when you try calling. I bet he had to tell that to a lot of people that they have to wait 5 years. Good luck to you though. The wanting to rent/buy list of guys is probably pretty long. The vultures have been sitting pretty long, some may have fell off the perch as well waiting in that time. (I'm not calling you a vulture either) just saying in general
