I own a 89 Foreman 350 from new and still running strong. I bought a 04 Rubicon 2yrs ago and am very impressed with it. I agree with Hawken Cougar about the Foreman ES because you are stuck with the thumb shifting all the time. I prefer the manual shifting when pulling heavy loads and auto when hands are full. I went through the same decision. The only thing that scares me is the amount of electronics on the Rubicon but haven't heard anything bad yet. Never can go wrong with the Honda.
