We run a Forsberg V50 vacuum gravity table in our seed cleaner line. The thing with a vacuum table is that it is clean to operate, all the dust and chaff is sucked up and discharged a long way from where you are working. I have only been around one pressure gravity table, but it was a filthy nasty thing to be around.
As Big Norsk says, the Foresberg machine is over built, very adjustable and from what I have seen, parts are very reasonable priced.
On our V50, we ruined the big stepped shaft that mounts all the table shake eccentrics, A bearing had run loose on the shaft for a long time and ruined it.. That is a complicated shaft with several step sizes and many key ways in it. Thought we would end up having a local machine shop make one as that looked like an expensive part. When we checked with Forsberg, the part was so cheap that we would not even think of having one made.

One problem if you have only 1 PH power is that you may have a problem getting a large enough motor on the blower to handle all grain conditions. We have a 10 HP motor on ours, where a 15 is standard. We have never run out of blower power yet, but don't have a lot of reserve with only 1 PH 240 volt available.
