Rosemary AB, Canada | We have been thinking about purchasing a gravity table to clean our hard wheat due to ergot problems. I don't know very much about them and was hoping that somebody with some experience with them could comment on the different brands or what features are important to have. We were looking to buy one with capacity of 150-250 bushels/hour. I found some on the web, Lewis M. Carter manufacturing, and Garrat are the ones I've found.
