Kingston,Mi		(1) You could let a experienced mama cow convert it in to next years killer beef.
(2) substitute it for the rutabaga in Pasty's (your not from Da Yooper land but we would never tell your warm weather neighbors)
(3) I peel, cube, cook till fork tender, mash and season to taste
