Airfoil (prop or wings) icing isn't  a big problem when it's 0 F. It's that area between 20-32F that gets interesting. 

I've got quite a bit of time flying full size gizzmos in clouds & ice. May have to rig up some alky slingers for the props if I were to go in the clouds....but that's not legal anyway.

Brittle plastic could be a problem. But, just hate to let all these clear winter days go to waste.
