Central ND | I haven't checked in for quite awhile as honestly it's embarrassing how much weight I put back on!;-) checking in here really did help me lose what I did and o need to get back on track. My original goal when I started a year ago was 230 from the 250-55 I was at and I actually got quite a bit lower than that but gained some back, between some vacation/trips and sitting in the combine all fall and the holidays it's tough to keep off. I was at 231 this morning which is higher than last spring but I will look at it like another poster mentioned here that I am still 20#+ less than a year ago at this time. | |
