Thanks for what you do! Was up to 155 right after the 1st but back down to 150.5 this morning. Still shooting for 145 sometime this year (147 or so was my thinnest in 2017). Ran a 7.5 mile trail race yesterday in about 6" of snow and it was -1 at the start. Got 39th out of 207. Passed a high school cross country kid with a half mile to go, not bad for 53+.
