| I used flat plow coulters mounted on the front bar of my 7000 planter with thin ammonia knives mounted on the rear of the coulters (3/8" thin) and used my home made 3 point sprayer to pump 32% with the planter. It worked well for me. I have posted pictures of the rig several times on this forum. I dribbled the side dress when the corn was 4 feet tall because I broke the wooden beam with the coulters the first pass across the field. I was notill at the time. I also spread 100 pounds of MAP the week before planting.
