NEMO | The real question is why you continue to do business with a seed salesman that you think isn't giving you his best price. These posts grind my gears whenever I see someone say "just offer them a price" or "play hardball with them". Maybe I'm just naive and in the minority, but I imagine most seed dealers are like myself in that the price I give you is the best one I can offer. Seed guys are hungry. Just like farmers are hungry- and everyone else trying to earn a living. Don't buy from the guy if the value he's selling doesn't justify the price he's asking. If someone tried to haggle with me, I'd probably laugh audibly in their face. | |
