At the bottom of the OP, it indicates SureStop clutches for an 8 row. No mention of any other planter options such as hydraulic drive, population monitoring etc. If those items were included in the estimate that would add quite a bit to the total. Installation would be involved as well
Indeed it was. I was just looking for clarification since if the quote had hyd variable rate drive, advanced monitoring, etc that number would be ballpark. With just the clutches on the planter there is something significant in the quote not mentioned to end up at the $30k figure.
