Madison Co. Virginia
I'm not trying to change how milk is marketed. I just see this as a way to start processing in today's business economy. I think it could be done without much risk.

Most generic milk is marketed by economy(cheap) with a secondary focus on nutrition. Specialty milk(organic, etc) is mostly marketed on nutrition and eco-friendly. Your focus would be convenience. All these have their place, but they don't meet the customer where it really matters. I would unabashedly focus on taste. I'd tell them, "don't worry about calories(nobody does anyway), splurge on the best tasting milk you've ever had."
