I did talk to them. She said that this is not the angle this company is going for and assured me that all data is staying within Farmer’s Edge.
If this was the case, they can word the EULA accordingly. I would not accept that.

The EULA is the legal agreement to which you are a party when you sign up for a service. Verbal commitments (or even emails, etc.) from technical support or sales reps or anyone else don't mean squat.
