NE South Dakota Clark, SD | As a rule if a WAS is available it will help. With the Hagie I think it should be a requirement. The boom sway seems to throw the terrain comp off and makes it weave back and forth. The only Raven steering in a Hagie that I have been pretty happy with had a WAS.
As far as the Versie, I only put a couple on. The last one I did had the Danfoss valve back by the pivot and worked very well from 2-13 mph. One that I had done previously had the valve under the hood and worked pretty good, but not as good as the Danfoss. |
