Boyd, WI | Well, thanks for all the info everyone. I'll have to see how it works come next spring. The only thing holding me back is the lack of a "guru" or expert in my area on this. I've had a 500 and ez steer set-up on a tractor for fall tillage and had an absolute failure with it. My salesman has set up probably 100 of these, but couldn't/wouldn't get mine to work right even after coming out 3 different times. I should add that it's a hour + drive for him. It's tough enough to get a rep in the area for ordinary field equipment, much less anything set up in application equipment. I feel many times like reps are learning more in my fields than they did in the classroom that was supposed to have taught them to fix these problems. | |
