I think ksu comparison of La Niña to El Niño summer weather shows that it is just slightly more likely to be hot and dry. i have it to in my head it is like a 55-45 increase chance.
Why do you spend so much time worrying about something you have zero control over. You can read and quote all your experts but they don't know any more than the quarters in my change jar.
