Tissue samples are nice and give direction to deficiencies. But after doing sequencial testing in the same field over a period of weeks we found deficiencies are sometimes environmentally induced and can appear and disappear with or without corrective applications. But this is not always the case. If you manganese and do nothing you will often be disappointed. Just not the exact science we were looking for.
