I'm no expert with the AgLeader system but I highly doubt that it cares what the test weight is of the actual grain.  The sensor is simply measuring a weight that passes over it and dividing it by 56 to show you a number on the display/maps.  If you did change the weight of grain to 60 it would show a lower yield.
