I agree.
You know your insect pressure levels better than anyone. In my opinion there are a lot of acres that don’t need the highest level of traits, or treatments to be successful. It’s easier to go full boat, plant it and forget it type approach, but not always the best for ROI.
I had a customer mix up a couple hybrids and ended up with some above ground only traited seed on some corn on corn ground. With Poncho 1250/Votivo plus some liquid insecticide he was very happy with the performance.
If you are nervous about it try some small scale. |
