Dad increased OM substantially throughout the years even while performing many tillage passes a year. But tillage burns off OM as co2. That is a fact. So you will increase om faster by not tilling and faster yet by adding more biomass to the soil via covers. I agree with you 100% on gov funding. The only thing the gov should fund is a rocket to launch all the a**holes in dc into the sun.
