That is the biggest hoax of the whole thing. There aren't any children that don't get the care they need. Go to any county hospital either the walk in clinic or the emergency room and it will be full of patients, and 100% of them are getting the care they need, and nearly 100% of them aren't paying a dime.
This doesn't even consider the charitable cancer hospitals and the like that provide free care for children.
