You are 100% right garvo! I know a lot of loan officers that inquire about a person's personal life when looking at making a loan to them. I've personally had loan officer/bank vice president contact me to ask about a person's standing in the community, family values, and marital status. They want to know if that person has integrity, willing to give 100% commitment to seeing something though. |
