Illinois / Wisconsin | The one difference between the two prices would be the modem options (bluetooth dongle and phone/tablet vs modem).
With a bluetooth dongle (~$815 CAD) on an RTK-unlocked receiver (~5000-6500 CAD for unlocks), a phone or tablet using cellular data can be used for NTRIP. The Subscription would be additional. For first year cost, getting close to 8000 wouldn't be too difficult, but there is some room for savings.
The largest cost would be in unlocking the receivers to RTK. One option may be to buy a used RTK-unlocked receiver. (Note: RTK unlocks are non-transferrable, so if the receiver is out of warranty and fails, Unlocks and receiver would need to be purchased again) | |
