Not disagreeing with you at all, but insurance is to make you whole again after a claim. There is no provision for making a financial gain. If growing beans because they are pretty is your goal, did the drift cause any financial loss?
Lets use car insurance for an example. If I drive by your car parked along the side of the road and hit it causing damage the insurance will pay because you would suffer financial loss otherwise. Now if I drive by and splatter mud on the side of your car it will most likely make you upset as it should but it caused you no financial loss so insurance will not pay to wash your car.
See how pretty beans and clean cars are somewhat the same.
Now I would want my car washed and my beans undamaged but it is unlikely the insurance companies will see it that way especially seeing the number or acres involved. I bet they fight each and every claim tooth and nail.
