We have a winner and quite frankly 75% plus of applications around here were off label. R1 is cut off which occured here around June 25th even on late planted and replants. Heck I know of some sprayed the first of August at R3-4 by a custom applicator none the less.
So if applicator is spraying double crop beans at r1 (planted mid June which is very common "here" even to early July) and The damage is to neighbor across Road who planted mid April (hence beans much further along) is he off label? Here the planting window for beans is easily from early/mid April to early july |
