s nd | Yea, but we use those instances of hiring because maybe many on here could relate to that and make understanding our point better and the consequences of letting those kids make their decision. It's not the end of the world, but slowly erodes the respect of someone/anyone who has done it before and knows how the outcome can or cannot be. Again, taking an instance some here or you could relate to, but your young employee runs your diesel service truck out of fuel a mile and a half from home. You have told him the vehicle only takes diesel but he figures what could it hurt to put enough gas in it to get it home. 2 gallon gas jug is all he has in truck. Hypothetical. His decision just cost you 10 grand by the guys on here. Now he didn't come to you with his thoughts on this as you are referring to, but you do wish he would have just listened to you in the first place. | |
