Iowa | 1) The kids need to learn to think for themselves. Far too many snowflakes out there whose mommy and daddy do all their thinking.
2)Kids also need to learn accountability. They made a choice to not listen. They need to deal with the repercussions.
If kids learn those two things? I'll hire them any day over someone who mindlessly follows whatever their told. I want an employee who challenges me if I request something that doesn't fit their job or skill set or if they have a better idea than what I suggested.
If you are going to make this about more than a dumb shirt, then you have to look at the whole picture. Npt just the parts you want to. | |
