We have replicated plots since 2009.  9 different kinds of covers----turnips, radish, ARG etc.  Both corn and beans following radishes will see a yld bump.  5 bu on beans and about 10+ on corn. Consistant.  But will also see consistant yld reduction after ARG.   Not what some want to hear, but that is what we see HERE.  We are in a clay pan soil.  Loosening soil, we have not seen it. 

Much will depend where you are, climate, soil etc.  Best to try small fields, see what works.
