As my daughter has seen, I always told my kids they had an "unfair" advantage the way they were brought up.
My daughter 1 year out of nursing school is the head nurse for 2 Dr.s , doing the work of 3 previous combined who couldn't keep up. She does it by herself, Other Dr's in the building have been trying to recruit her to work for them. She is loyal to the ones who took a chance on her being a first year nurse. |
