were a couple hundred miles south of you but all our post only have a few feet of crete in the hole- not to frost depth. Some of our old fence has exposed the concrete but that is more due to feedlot erosion and hauling too much dirt out with the manure. All the fence stayed even along the top line so its not heaving in specific areas or causing problems.
