Try to find a drainage school to go to. Even if you only pick up a couple good tidbits you will gain knowledge just visiting with the other guys there. We have the same issue with outlets here. Our ditches are too shallow to outlet into and besides the county generally does not allow that because the water will soften the road base. I'm not sure what your terrain is like there but here it is rolling so we outlet in a creek or water way. You can start with projects where you have access to a creek bottom then later on show your neighbors what you are doing and hopefully they will allow you to go across their ground to outlet into a creek on their land. We installed an outlet last year where we bored under a county road and outlet into the creek on the neighbor's side of the road. The top of the pipe still had about 3' of cover in the bottom of the ditch. If the corn comes off early enough we have about 40 acres to add onto that system this fall.
