A builder in our area that does a lot of freestalls is quoting $3200/stall. I'm guessing these are 10' single and 18' nose to nose stalls.
From the small projects we've done, it seems labor is half the cost. Maybe on a large project like that it's less. We've also hired semi retired neighbors to do some projects and they charge less per hour but it takes them more hours to get it done.
