I built a 50x80 for bred heifers and dry cows. 14 ft scrap alley, 4 ft walls, 2 drinkers, 5 ft over hang over bunk, slant bars. Right at $1000 per ft of bunk. For my cows I plan on going 60 wide. Your still probably looking at 500,000 plus site work for that many cows.
We are shopping for a used parlor but nothing has popped up worth buying.
